In the aspect of quality control, the company has strictly implemented the raw material purchasing inspection and conducted strict ratings to the suppliers so as to ensure the stable quality of the raw material. As for the production, it has strictly conducted process control according to the technology, blueprint and process requirement and insisted on product inspection. As for the machinery processing component, we have conducted quality control in the procedure from initial test, process spot check to final inspection so as to ensure 100% qualification of the products.

The company have implemented HG/T210608, OCIMF and enterprise standard for the major products and has rotary joint life test equipment, marine loading arm emergent disconnecting gear test-bed, hydraulic digital display tensile testing machine, etc. and advanced physical and chemical laboratory, X ray, ultrasound and magnetic particle detective machine and other kind of scientific and advanced test equipment to meet the special requirement of customers in the premise of ensuring product quality.
