Scraper for oil tank

ralavent technical requirements and checking standard：

1. Wax scraper should cling tank wall, and maximum part clearance should not be more than 5mm.

2.  Wax scraper plate should be the same contour line.

3.  Clearance between wax scraper plates should be within 20～30mm.

4.  All the pins in movable position should move flexibly and no clamping stagnation.

5.  The pressure of wax scraper to tank wall should not be less than 380N/ linear meter.

6.  The installation should comply with GBJ128-90 <vertical cylinder form steeliness welding tank construction and acceptance specification>

Hammer type was scraper consists of many independent combination mechanisms, and the pressure to tank wall is produced from hammer winding connection level, the mechanixm is simple, low cost, easy to mount, short manufacturing period, reliably working. And it overcomes the diadvantage old spring type wax scraper that because spring loses effectiviness even fail, rubber sealing strip is damaged or occer chucking.
 

The fixing plate of hammer type was scraper provides supporting to scraping mechanism, and also because it is welded on the bottom plate of floating tank, it has restrictive effect to the clearance between floating plate and tank wall. Scraping plate is made from stainless steel,and two 45°inclined planes which cling with tank wall make scraping wax more efficient. And scraping plate are always in working state when floating plate moves up and down.
 

If the space between tank wall and floating plate changes, the hammer will move up or down automatically to adjust and make working face cling with tank wall. If there are prominences on tank wall, the hammer will move up automatically to scraping mechanism pass the incumbrance, but not be locked.
 

There is a work in scraping mechanism, and elliptical hole on it can adjust the angle of scraping plate automatically to make the two working face of scraping plate cling with tank wall at any time.
