Truck/train trestle and foldable Auto-stairs

The steel trestles of truck or train are used for petrochemical industry e.g. refinery and oil warehouse, and they replace the traditional trestles made up of reinforced concrete. The basic structure consists of fixed cater-corner ladder, bridge surface, guardrail, standing column and awning etc. The design and manufacture of trestles are according to the standard HG21608—96.

■　main technical features

●　The whole trestle consists of fixed cater-corner ladder, bridge surface, guardrail, standing column and awning etc five parts, It is knock-down structure which is connected each other with bolts, and it can be assembled pipe bracket under the bridge surface.

● The bridge surface consists of V-iron and angle iron, G253/30/100 slip-proofing grid plate and armor plate with flower pattern. The galvanized grid plate will not gather liquid and snow, and have good antisepsis and slip-proofing function because of a lot of arrises on its surface

● Awning most use steel structure covered by glass fibre tiles reinforced plastic.

● Surface preparation by blasting cleaning , the grade of surface finish can reach Sa2.5, galvanized or painting

● The humanism design is convenient for operating and improved sufficiently  operator’s security.

● The design of carrying capacity of trestles should be considered bearing the weight of present equipments, pipes, wind, snow, operators and etc.

	■ This product applys to the situation of small and/or middle sized oil depot, kind of oil product is single, and volume of goods loaded and unloaded is not much each day. And it has small volume, floor space, length and width, adopts single vertical column to support the load of equipment and personnel on bridge, and this feature make it know form other trestle.
	■ The type is used in the situation that a bridge serves for two truck lanes, and the directions of truck lane and trestel trend are parallel . The length of trestle is designed according to the quantity of stall. The layout of oil filling riser unit most adopt crossing distribution to take full advantage of space. For the situation of many trestles and many lanes, using two neighboring trestel to serve for one lane so as to reduce truck scale and continue to work in the mainteniance condition. Operation onn both sides of the trestel, and the height is most between 2.5m-2.8m, which is different from other trestle.
	■ Use in the situation of a bridge serve multiple car lanes, and the directions between lane and trestle trend are vertical. The length of trestle is designed according to the quantity of stall.and the oil filling riser position is placed at one side of trestle. One side operation, oil tank truck must go thouth trestle, and height of trestle is hight, which is different from other trestle.
	■ Train trestle: use one trestle serve two train lanes. According to the quantity of oil tanks on train and spece between oil tanks, to design the length of trestle and quantity of oil filling riser nuit. The layout of oil filling riser unit most adopt crossing distribution to take full advantage of space.Two sides operation, trestle is long and has many oil filling riser units, which is different from other trestle.
