Loading and unloading arm for truck/train

Oil filling riser is an equipment which adopts swivel joint to connect with rigid pipeline and elbow to realize transmitting liquid medium between train, tank car and trestle storage pipelines, and replace old hose connection, which has high security, flexibility, and long using life.

● The key part of Eminent oil filling riser adopt alloy steel and stainless steel, and is processed by delicate numerical machine, and has inner double raceways support structure, which make the equipment move flexibly and easy to operate.

● Seal structure is special, and adopt PTFE strengthened PTFE material, which has good hard wearing function, and seal surface is carried on polishing treatment, which make the equipment has good seal function and long using life.

● The equipment can load and unload acid, alkali and etc. strong corrosive petrochemical medium with special seal ring and inside lining PTFE steel pipe.

● Carbon steel pipe of pumped medium is GB8163 standard, and stainless steel pipe is GB/T14976 standard.

● Rational spring cylinder balance system can actualize indifferent equilibrium, and contraposition operation of oil filling riser is easy and convenient, which can be handled by one person.

● All weld seam of pressure lines is processed by argon-arc welding, and pass strict flaw detection and pressure test, which meet HG/T 21608 standard.

● Electrostatic earthing system with excellent quality, rational design is equipped on the oil filling riser which is used for transmission of flammable and explosive medium. Static resistance is less than 2Ω, which make the equipment reliable and secure.

● Rational structure, which can realize large envelope range with small arm dimension.

● Adopt surface shot blasting, excellent paint, rational painting process to insure the high quality of surface and meet anti-corrosive requirements.

● Oil filling riser is tested and checked strictly according to HG/T21608, so its function parameters can be guaranteed.

■ selection guide of oil filling riser

The selection of oil filling riser types is decided according to the conditions fo car type, loading/unloading manner, installation mode on trestle of oil filling riser, medium, loading/unloading process and so on. For example:

● Unloading on the open top of tank train, EAL1403 can be selected, also can be equipped with gas/liquid drive oil-immersed pump.

● Unloading liquid gas on the sealing top of tank train, EAL1512 can be selected, and connection part with tank is termination flange.

● Sealing unloading crude oil in the bottom of tank train, EAL2503 can be selected, and heating device can be equipped.

● Enclosed loading on the top of tank truck, EAL1412 can be selected, and return gas pipe can be flexible metal conduit, and liquid level alarm device can be equipped.

● Enclosed loading/unloading liquid gas at the bottom of tank truck, EAL2533 can be selected, and the connection part with tank truck is quick joint.
