I. Service Tenet: Consider for Customers, Satisfy Customers;

In the case of any problems arising within the maintenance period or out of it, we will timely arrange the professional personnel to provide safe and highly efficient services for customers upon receiving the notice. We have a complete set of perfect customer service system, a professional technical team and construction workers and will implement track and supervision on the entire after sales flow to strive to meet customers.

 

Ⅱ. Service Content

Technical consultation service: We help the customers to solve all kinds of technology problems arising from the installation, debugging, allocation and equipment application.

Installation and debugging service: we provide on-site guidance and installation services for customers according to the agreement;

Maintenance service: We provide debugging, maintenance, inspection; repair and spare parts supply services for customers according to the agreement or the company regulation. In case of any quality problems arising from our equipment, we will provide repair services and free services for you within the normal maintenance scope.

After the maintenance period (generally one year) expired, we provide an all-year-around repair service for customers. We have strictly implemented the service procedure and charging regulations. For some changed components, we only charge an appropriate amount of cost fees.

On-site technical training: after the installation debugging completed, we will provide on-site training free of charge. The training includes operation and routine maintenance of the equipment presented with the operation manual and CD.

Regular telephone track: We provide regular telephone track for customers to discover and understand the problems arising from operation process and timely help customers solve problems and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

We deliver updated, improved and new product information services, collect and arrange all kinds of new product information and timely pass them to customers.

Complaint receiving and information feedback: we receive customer complaint (product quality and service attitude), collect all kinds of problems during operation and conduct analysis so as to actively adopt the corresponding measures and improvement method.

We provide specific engineering services according to the contract and agreement. For the key project, demonstration project and large-sized project, we provide specific engineering services according to the customer requirement based on the contract and agreement.

Corresponding time: For any equipment problems, please call our after sales service personnel and we will respond within 24hours. After initial investigation of the causes, we will send related technicians to the site as soon as possible if necessary.

The required services and its costs will be shouldered by us within the quality warranty period (For equipment and system damages due to force majeure such as fires, floods, lightning and man-made factors, the user will only pay hardware cost.)

Considerate lifetime system maintenance: we provide lifetime technology guarantee services, variable interval track services to timely search and record the operation condition of the equipment and system as well as the equipment maintenance program and suggestions.

Perfect after-sales service network. The company has established a dedicated service team to quickly and timely respond to the after sales requirement in order to achieve tracking service commitment and save the customer out of worry.

 

Ⅲ. Service Norm

Market and customers are our fortune that should be acquired by us. To ensure service quality, we will launch the service work strictly according to the agreement or company regulations.

Considerate services and civilized manner:

We earnestly answer the technical consultations for customers, leave service number and seek their opinions.

We stress on civilized manner and negotiate to deal with disagreements;

Any kind of unreasonable requirements are prohibited from proposing to customers;

We should conscientiously finish services, explain causes and actively explain the operation and management method.

After service, we actively provide comprehensive test for customers and report to them in written forms.
