In 2003

On Sept.30, 2003, Shanghai Eminent Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. was established;
 

In 2004

It was certified to the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System by China Classification Association;

Reviewed and approved by Shanghai Quality Supervision Bureau, it was honored with the enterprise standard.

In 2005

It has been honored as Shanghai High-tech Enterprise since 2005.

The first batch of quick release hook was exported to American Aker LNG project.
 

In 2009

On Jan.10, it was honored as the First-grade Qualified Supplier of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation and China National Chemical Corporation;
On Mar.26, it was certified to “Consignee & Shipper Registration Certificate for People's Republic of China Customs Import and Export Goods Declaration”;

On Jul.29, it was certified to the invention patent certificate of “Smart Fast Releasing Hook”;

On Dec.2, it was certified to the invention patent certificate of “Soft Locking Disengaging Hook Device for Releasing Hook”;

In 2010 On Aug. 8, 2010, it was honored with 2008-2009 Contract Credit Rating AAA-level;
In 2011 On May 20, the registered capital of the company was increased to RMB 10 Million from RMB 5 Million.
