On September 30, 2003, Shanghai Guanzhuo Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. was established in Jinshan District, Shanghai. In 2004, Guanzhuo Enterprise passed the ISO9001:2000 quality certification of China Classification Society and obtained the quality management system certification certificate. At the same time, the enterprise standards were reviewed and approved by the Shanghai Quality Management Supervision Bureau, laying a solid foundation for the company's product quality.

In 2005, Guanzhuo Enterprise was rated as a Shanghai High-tech Enterprise. In the same year, the company realized the export of quick-release cable hook products to the Aker LNG project in the United States, marking the beginning of Guanzhuo products entering the international market.

In 2009, the company ushered in a series of important achievements: on January 10, it became a qualified supplier of Sinopec and China National Chemical Corporation; on March 26, it obtained the "Registration Certificate for the Consignor and Consignee of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for Import and Export Goods"; on July 29 and December 2, it obtained the invention patent certificates for "Intelligent Quick Cable Release Hook" and "Cable Release Hook Flexible Locking Cable Release Device", respectively, demonstrating the company's strength in the field of technological innovation.

On August 8, 2010, Guanzhuo Enterprise was rated as AAA in the contract credit rating for 2008-2009, reflecting the company's good reputation and market recognition.

On May 20, 2011, the company's registered capital increased from RMB 5 million to RMB 10 million, marking the further expansion of the company's scale.

On April 16, 2020, the company's registered capital reached RMB 50 million, and Guanzhuo Enterprise was honored to obtain the certification of "High-tech Enterprise" and "Specialized and New Enterprise", demonstrating its innovative strength and outstanding position in the industry.
