We will strengthen the management of the reserve team of international business management talents, initially establish an information database of international business management reserve talents covering different sectors, different levels, and different majors, and build an international talent sharing platform of "decentralized management and coordinated use". We will organize English proficiency tests for international business management reserve talents.

  Focusing on the requirements of Shanghai Guanzhuo's implementation of the market-oriented strategy, we have set up a team and built a team. Starting from the needs of serving market competition, we focus on discovering people in market competition, honing people in market competition, and testing people through market competition performance.
