Welder and Electrician Training

In order to improve the skills of the welders and electricians in the workshop, in July 2011, the company funded a training course for 15 welders and electricians, including those who were already welders and those who were interested in taking the certification exam.
As there were nearly 12 welders participating in the training, the company specially invited training teachers to give lectures in the factory, not only providing theoretical knowledge training to employees, but also training their practical skills.
The three-day training ended quickly and everyone benefited a lot. The skills of the experienced welders and electricians were further improved, and the new employees gained a comprehensive understanding of welding and electrical knowledge.
