The oil transfer arm adopts an independent support structure. The support system is independent of the process pipeline. The process pipeline is attached to the support system, and the process pipeline and the swivel joint only bear the medium pressure. The balance is the pulley rotation balance. Since the oil transfer arm is designed to be no-load balanced, the only force change of the ship's flange pipe system is caused by the weight of the medium and wind pressure in the oil transfer arm pipe. The oil transfer arm must be kept in a no-load state when connecting or disconnecting from the ship.
