The oil tank central drainage device is a central drainage mechanism newly developed by our company based on the experience of similar products at home and abroad and combined with the current domestic tank actual situation. It is suitable for the discharge of tank top water accumulation on external floating roof tanks of various specifications.
■ Main technical features:
● This product adopts the structure of steel pipe and rotary joint combination.
● The top swivel bearing is fixed on the floating plate, and the bottom swivel bearing is fixed on the tank bottom plate.
● The pipelines in the horizontal plane of the tank bottom are connected to a single swivel joint structure with a gate-shaped compensator.
● Continuous slope design prevents sediment retention.
● The seal of the rotary joint can withstand pressure from both internal and external directions without leakage.
● The seal of the rotary joint is made of reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene, which can adapt to tanks of various media and temperatures.
● This structure and its fixing device do not interfere with the internal structure of the tank.
● This product has a reasonable structure, good sealing performance, long service life and no maintenance required.
