Relevant technical requirements and acceptance criteria:
1. The wax scraper should be close to the tank wall, and the maximum local gap should not exceed 5mm.
2. The wax scraping boards are basically on the same contour line and are flush.
3. The gap between the wax scraping plates should be between 20 and 30 mm.
4. The pins of all moving parts should move freely without any sticking.
5. The pressure of the wax scraper on the tank wall shall not be less than 380N/extended meter.
6. The installation shall comply with GBJ128-90 "Vertical Cylindrical Steel Welded Storage Tanks Construction and Acceptance Specifications".
The heavy hammer wax scraping mechanism is composed of many independent combined structures connected together. The heavy hammer generates pressure on the tank wall through the twisted rod. It has a simple structure, low cost, easy installation, short construction period and reliable operation. It overcomes the shortcomings of the previous spring wax scraping mechanism, which causes the spring to fail due to fatigue or even fall off, damage the rubber sealing belt and cause the "chuck" phenomenon.
The fixed plate of the heavy hammer type wax scraping mechanism provides a support for the wax scraping mechanism. It is welded to the bottom plate of the floating tank and limits the gap between the floating plate and the tank wall. The wax scraping plate is made of stainless steel. The two 45° slopes close to the tank wall make the wax scraping very effective. The wax scraping plate is in working condition when the floating plate moves up and down.
If the distance between the tank wall and the floating plate changes, the weight will automatically move up or down to adjust automatically so that the working surface of the wax scraper is close to the tank wall. If there is a small protrusion on the tank wall, the weight will automatically move up so that the wax scraper can pass through the obstacle smoothly without getting stuck.
The wax scraping mechanism has a mechanism, and the elliptical hole on the wax scraping plate can automatically adjust the angle of the wax scraping plate so that the two working surfaces of the wax scraping plate are in close contact with the tank wall at any time.
