  • Product Description

The steel trestle for cars and trains mainly serves the petrochemical industry such as refineries and oil depots. It is a substitute for the cement steel-concrete trestle used by the original refining and chemical enterprises. Its basic structure mainly consists of five parts: fixed inclined ladder, bridge deck, guardrail, column and canopy. It is a complete set of products designed and produced according to the HG21608-96 standard of the Ministry of Chemical Industry.

    ■ Main technical features

    ● The entire trestle is generally composed of five parts: fixed ladder, bridge deck, guardrail, column and canopy, which are detachable structures connected by bolts. Pipe supports can be installed under the bridge deck.

    ● The bridge deck material is composed of channel steel, angle steel and other steel sections, G253/30/100 anti-skid grating, patterned steel plate, etc. The galvanized grating structure has the characteristics of no liquid accumulation and no snow accumulation on the surface, and has good anti-corrosion performance. The multi-faceted surface structure has good anti-skid performance.

    ● Awnings are mostly made of steel frame structure with fiberglass tiles attached.

    ● The surface treatment adopts shot blasting to remove rust, and can be processed by hot dip galvanizing, electroplating and painting according to user's needs.

    ● Humanized design fully considers the convenience and safety of operators.

    ● The design of the trestle's load-bearing capacity takes into account the loads of existing equipment, pipeline weight, wind load, snow load, pedestrians, etc.

    ● The foldable movable ladder produced by our company is installed on the trestle, which is truly safe, reliable, rust-proof and non-slip.

    ■ Optional additional equipment for the trestle

Fire alarm system including fire rack, etc. / Pipe rack and reserved holes for oil and chemical pipeline systems / Installation holes, foundation, etc. / Lighting rack/lighting system / Monitoring system / Lounge / Operation room / Safety doors installed at both ends of the pier / Oil collection barrel / Cleaning pipe / Top drainage pipe

     Steel trestle specifications and models

It is suitable for small and medium-sized oil depots, where the oil types are single and the daily loading and unloading quantity is small. It is small in size, occupies less area, has small length and width, and uses a single column to support the load of equipment and people on the bridge deck. This is the main feature that distinguishes it from other trestles.

Use one trestle to serve two lanes of vehicles, and the lane direction is parallel to the trestle direction. Design the trestle length according to the number of parking spaces. The layout of the crane positions is mostly cross-distributed to make full use of the trestle space. For the situation of multiple trestle bridges and multiple lanes, two adjacent trestle bridges can also be used to serve one lane to achieve the purpose of reducing the number of vehicle scales, while maintaining maintenance without stopping production. The height of the trestle bridge is mostly between 2.5m-2.8m for operation on both sides, which is the main feature that distinguishes it from other trestles

Use one trestle to serve multiple vehicle lanes, and the lane direction is perpendicular to the direction of the trestle. Design the length of the trestle according to the number of parking spaces. The crane position is arranged on one side of the trestle. Single-sided operation, tank trucks need to pass through the trestle, and the trestle is high, which is its main feature that distinguishes it from other trestle bridges.

Train trestle special case: One trestle serves two train tracks. The length of the trestle and the number of crane positions are designed according to the number of train oil tanks and the distance between them. The layout of the crane positions is mostly cross-distributed to make full use of the trestle space. The trestle is longer and has more crane positions for operation on both sides, which is the main feature that distinguishes it from other trestle bridges.
