ED-200C type closed submerged external hydraulic large crane is one of the special mechanical equipment for oil railway loading in oil refineries (or oil depots). It is used in the tank car loading system of oil refineries and oil loading stations to shorten the oil loading platform, reduce the area occupied by pipe racks and many auxiliary facilities, centralize operations, realize the automation of oil loading, greatly improve the working conditions of workers, and facilitate maintenance and management. With this type of large crane, oil can be filled in a closed submerged manner, the liquid level rises steadily, the valve is automatically controlled, and the friction between the oil flow and the bottom of the tank car and the air is small, which fundamentally solves the environmental pollution caused by the volatilization of oil and gas when the tank car is open, and the prominent contradictions such as high electrostatic potential.
